The Goal:
Create a modular camera system that attaches to luggage and helps users track packed items using computer vision, so travelers stop missing essentials and can verify their checklist anytime.

The Challenge:
Detection needs to work in messy real-world packing conditions like low light, occlusion, and clutter. Hardware constraints matter: battery, mounting, storage, and reliability. The experience must be simple enough that users trust it mid-travel, not only during setup.

The Result
Designed and prototyped a physical-digital system concept including the camera module workflow, app checklist experience, and a product narrative strong enough to support a business plan and an IPR filing.
