The Challenge:
MATLAB workflows often have deep feature sets and users vary from beginner to expert. Small UI decisions can impact efficiency, muscle memory, and trust for long-time users. It is easy to add UI, but hard to remove steps without breaking expectations.

The Result
Produced a UX-focused redesign or concept direction for a key workflow, including a clearer task flow, reduced cognitive load, and a design rationale grounded in real user behavior and edge cases.
